When you need to access the customer's account or manage their call flow, you can
do so by clicking on the "Manage" (ref. 4.) or the "Call Flow" (ref. 5.) button on the right-side panel after selecting the relevant customer account.
The “Manage” button allows you to look at the customer's full portal which has their order services tab and reports tabs amongst others.
The "Call Flow" button directly opens their call flow manager (PBX tab) and nothing else.
