2.2.3 Update

  • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > Details > PBX:
    • You can now navigate to the PBX admin portal via a new button.
  • New system to defend hacked customer from fast balance spending:
    • ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Global configuration’ section > Call processing parameters > Two new settings:
      • Max buy call rate per min for simultaneous calls
      • Max simultaneous calls for buy call rate limit
    • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > Details — new checkbox called ‘Don’t limit expensive simultaneous calls’
      • If this checkbox is ticked, such a customer account won’t be affected by new limitations.
  • The expiry time of the email identity verification code has been increased from 10 to 20 minutes.
    • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > Admins > Verify
    • ‘Resellers’ tab > select a reseller > Administrators > Verify
