Wholesale voice

  • Automation of identity customer verification
    • ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Global configuration’ section > Signup and verification:
      • Identity verification system — can be either built-in or Stripe.
      • This setting affects all channel partners.
    • Verification via Stripe is enabled for each whitelabel partner separately:
      • ‘Resellers’ tab > select a WLP > Settings > Signup and verification.
  • Fast and safe reward for the review
    • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > Details > Reward for the review
      • Reward
        • A customer will be awarded credits:
          • % from current subscriptions set in: ‘Resellers’ tab > select a reseller > Settings > Review requests > Review discount
        • A customer will receive an email that they have received a review award (review_request_approval).
        • The review banner will be hidden from the customiser portal.
      • Decline
        • A customer will receive an email that they have been declined (review_request_declined).
        • The review banner will be hidden from the customiser portal.
  • Mass email improvements:
    • ‘Customers’ tab > ‘Mass email’ section — new checkbox to include customers who opted-out from mass email.
    • ‘Resellers’ tab > select a reseller > Details — new checkbox to exclude all customers of a certain reseller from mass email.
  • ‘Reports’ tab > CDRs
    • If there’s an attempt to use a caller ID which cannot be used: such call will be recorded in CDRs with INVALID CLI term.
  • In the upcoming updates, we will launch a service using which customers will be able to send and receive SMS via the Webphone. For now, customers can't see any changes, but everything related to setting up the service in the billing system is ready.
