2.1.1 Update

Wholesale voice

  • In most billing places, numbers will now be displayed with 7 decimal places, instead of 3, 4 or 5 as before.
    • It is now also possible to set call rates and service fees with an accuracy of 7 decimal places.
  • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > History:
    • Added history types.
    • Added a search by author.
    • Added a checkbox to display notes where the author is only a reseller.
  • Now any action related to manual change of a customer's subscription will be logged in the customer's history.
  • It is now possible to replace a service group used by multiple resellers with another service group in several clicks.
    • ‘Services’ tab > ‘Service groups’ section > select a service group > Replace.

Channel partner

  • Customers now have access to the knowledge base: useful articles and tutorials on PBX and more. Customer portal > 'Support' tab > Knowledge base. All articles are VoIPline unbranded. You can configure access to the new page for your customers in: 'Settings' tab > 'Customer portal' section > Customer portal configuration.
