2.1.7 Update

  • ‘Integrations’ tab > ‘Webhooks’ section > Triggers > Inbound and outbound call recording.
    • If you have the 'Call recording storage' service enabled and and if the call was recorded via 'Call recording storage', there will be a link in the webhook where you can listen to and download the call recording.
  • Previously, when a device (SIP or Webphone) was removed from a user in PBX, it became "free" and could then be re-added to any other user. And to remove it completely, you had to go to the list of all devices and search for it there.
    • Now, if a device is deleted from a user, a system also asks if the device should be deleted as well.
  • Previously, if you managed voicemail in ‘PBX storage’ mode via internal number, you could create different folders: ‘Family’, ‘Friends’ and so on.
    • These folders can still be created via internal number, but now they will not be visible in PBX, and all listened voicemail are merged in the 'Old' folder.
