Assisting Channel/WLP with Access Rights

Introduction

After reading this article you will be able to help assist Channel partners/WLP, in accessing and managing globally, what their customers can see and access from within their customer portals.

Accessing Global Customer Portal Settings

  1. First head to the Reseller Portal Tab from within your Wholesale portal.
  2. Locate the Channel/WLP account, clicking manage to bring up their portal.
  3. From within their Channel/WLP partner portal, navigate to the settings tab and Customer Portal section.
    Note: Making changes here will impact all of the customers portals within this Channel/WLP tenancy. To make individual tenancy changes please see article Admin Access - Tenancy
