Reports Overview

Introduction

After reading this article, you will be able to view the statistics of call reports showing the call volumes for inbound and outbound calls in a given timeframe.

The Overview tab will give you an outline of all inbound and outbound calls within the desired timeframe. The data will also be separated by all calls, answered and missed calls. If you select a specific day the exact numbers for that day will be displayed.

The Overview will display the inbound and outbound calls by the hour to give the user a better understanding of when their busy periods are showing how many calls were received each hour. This data will also show the number of calls made each hour and the pickup rate to help users potentially make more successful calls with a better pickup rate.

Lastly, on the Overview Reports tab, the data will display the total number of inbound and outbound calls on each day of the week. This can assist users to understand what day of the week they make and receive the most calls.
