  • Number porting tab — new button 'Mark all comments as read'.

Usually it's very useful to know status of a customer. Now there's no need to go to customers tab to learn it.

  • Now it's possible to save customers with any address. Previously there was a validation system and because of it youcouldn’t save some customer accounts with very unique addresses.

Wholesale voice

  • New email template: credit_limit_with_manual_services_notification — it will be sent to both reseller partner and wholesale admin in case a customer went below his credit limit and he has a manually assignable, reseller or internet service subscription.

  • Invoice creation window (Invoices tab > Add) was updated to make it more clear (some titles were changed). Also, when double clicking and changing 'Sell price', it will change 'Base price' as well to keep the existing adjustment/margin percentage without changes.

  • Services > service groups > select a group > service — now it’s possible to add Internet services to a service group.

Now it's possible to add Internet services to service groups.

  • Customers tab > select a customer > payment accounts. Now it’s possible to delete a ‘deleted’ credit card without a need to make it ‘active’ first.
  • Services tab > report — 'Service type' filter was updated. Now it includes sales of all services with/without partner sales.
