• Now it’s possible to submit and resubmit a porting without assigning a phone number. This can only be done for certain providers:
  • ‘Trunks’ tab > ‘Providers’ section > Porting without DIDs
• It is now possible to hide certain outgoing call rates from customers. Rates will still be involved in call processing, but customers will not be able to find them through rates search in customer portal or through export of call plan rates
  • ‘Outbound rates’ tab > ‘Rates’ section > select a rate > Hide this rate from customers.
  • ‘Outbound rates’ tab > ‘Rate cards’ section > select a rate card > Hide rates from customers.
