2.3.9 Update

  • Added information about SMS parts. Added information about SMS parts. This allows you to understand why one outgoing SMS might have cost more than the other:
    • Customer portal > ‘Billing’ tab > ‘Account balance’ section > SMS charges history > ‘SMS parts’ column.
    • PDF service usage report > SMS details > SMS parts.
  • Browser and desktop Webphone:
    • You can now search the call history by caller ID prefix.
    • The phonebook to which the contact belongs is now displayed in the call history.
