2.2.4 Update

  • Webphone mobile — it is now possible to give customers access to Webphone mobile. Access is configured at the reseller level:
    • ‘Resellers’ tab > select a reseller > Settings > Other > Allow Webphone mobile
      • Also, a similar setting appeared in the: ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Reseller defaults’ section > Channel defaults / Whitelabel defaults > Other > Allow Webphone mobile.
    • If allowed:
      • It will be possible to add a Webphone mobile device to a PBX user.
      • In the user settings as well as in the Webphone browser, links to the App Store and Google Play will appear.
    • Please note that if the call infrastructure has not been migrated to SBC-HA - incoming call notifications will not work!
  • Customer groups:
    • ‘Customers’ tab > new ‘Customer groups’ section — here you can create groups.
    • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > Customer information > new ‘Group’ field.
      • One customer can be attached to many groups at once.
    • ‘Customers’ tab > new filter ‘Group’.
